Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for a store credit or a same item exchange. As soon as we process your return, you will receive an email notification with all the details. Please allow up to 7 days for return processing. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer money back returns. All tags must be attached. All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping. We can not accept items damaged after they are worn.
Please note: all sale items and promotional sale items are final sale. No exchanges or returns are allowed on these items.
A store credit will be issued for the amount of your return less any shipping charges. Use it towards finding something new to love. Store credit expire one year from date of issue.
We’ll be happy to exchange an item if it is still in stock. Please let us know as soon as you can so we can reserve the new item for you to ensure it won’t be sold out. Send the item back and we will mail you an exchange as soon as we receive the first item.
Store pick-ups are available by appointment.
